This morning, more than 50 environmental activists from Just Stop Oil are obstructing gas stations and abandoned pumps throughout central London.
Seven service stations in West and South London are being affected by activities starting at 6 a.m. today.
Supporters of Just Stop Oil sat in the road with banners in some spots to obstruct traffic to the gas stations.
In some places, groups travelled from station to station deactivating gas pumps by smashing the display glass or painting them before sitting down and awaiting arrest.
The group has recently held numerous anti-oil protests, including at gas stations along the M25 highway.
