The Evansville, Ind., Journal says: “The question of fi_____ltration which is now under consideration by the board is one of the deepest interest to the city. If the board can see its way clear to give the city pure, clear water it will have performed a task second to none that confronts the administration, and one that will do more to move the city along than any that may be suggested."
