The recruiting rankings for the 2023 class received a shakeup this week with the release of the updated Top247. This marked the first major overhaul to the rankings since early in the spring.

Following the latest update, the Top247 rankings feature 27 players that are committed to an Atlantic Coast Conference program. That group includes 13 players ranked inside the top 100 nationally, headlined by a five-star offensive tackle.

Five ACC programs currently have at least one commitment from a Top247 prospect. Clemson and Miami lead the way with eight commits among that group, followed by Florida State with five and Louisville with four, while North Carolina rounds out the list with two.

247Sports rank: 5-star | 98 rating | No. 11 Overall | No. 2 OT High school: IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fla.) Measurables: 6-5 | 330 Player evaluation: A massive lineman out of American Samoa that moves different than most people his size. At one point considered himself more of a pass rusher by trade, but has started to embrace the idea of protecting quarterbacks for a living instead of trying to sack them. Tested in the upper percentile for someone that’s pushing 6-foot-5, 330 pounds as he went 5.3 on the lasers in the 40-yard dash and added a 4.7 in the short shuttle the spring before his junior year. A bully of sorts that uses his raw power to simply overwhelm defenders. At his best when he can just fire out of his stance and drive block as he uses a wide base to establish leverage. Not one to give up on a play and will try to find extra work. Can gain depth with his kick step and win with a strong punch, but must improve as a pass blocker, especially if he’s going to be asked to protect the corner on Saturdays. Spent much of junior season at IMG Academy working at right tackle. A lack of true length in the upper half, however, suggests that his future might ultimately be on the inside, which works given his ability to pull and put a would-be tackler on his back. Should be viewed as a potential multi-year starter on the offensive line for a Power 5 program like his brother, who started over 30 games at center for Washington State and was named to the Rimington Award watch list. Will likely need some time to find his bearings, and must keep progressing from a technical standpoint, but fluid movement patterns and smash-mouth play style in the phone booth could have him eventually being selected early on in the NFL Draft. – 247Sports Southeast Recruiting Analyst Andrew Ivins NFL Draft projection: First Round

247Sports rank: 4-star | 97 rating | No. 17 Overall | No. 6 QB High school: Pittsburg (Calif.) Measurables: 6-4 | 185 Player evaluation: Owns a frame and build that can add ample weight and strength. Has the mold to add at least 20 pounds of muscle easily. As he matures and gets stronger it will benefit his durability, long-term ability, and development. Stands tall in the pocket with the mobility to avoid the rush and buy time to make plays under pressure. Poised and does a nice job making plays off platform. Mechanically displays a smooth, effortless throwing motion. Gets the ball out quickly, generating power from his lower body to have the ball snap out of his hand. Does a good job changing speeds and adding touch on throws when need be, to either fit the pass into tight windows or to complete throws over defenders. Good ball placement on passes where only the receiver is able to make the play. Plays with impressive anticipation on his throws where you can see that he is throwing his receivers open and out of harm's way. Continued development should foster growth in his ability to go through his progressions and understand pre-snap what coverage the defense is in so that he can get the ball out quicker than he already does. – 247Sports National Recruiting Expert Chris Singletary NFL Draft projection: Second Round

247Sports rank: 4-star | 96 rating | No. 21 Overall | No. 3 DL High school: Warner Robins (Ga.) Measurables: 6-5 | 276 Player evaluation: Checking in at 6-foot-5 and half 265 pounds with a 81-inch wingspan verified. Long, linear lineman who has a good first step and is able to get his second step into the ground, which allows him to explode on contact with the blocker and extend to play off the block. Uses good pad level at the POA when coming off the ball, which fosters leverage to also control the blocker upon contact. Plays with strong hands and a powerful punch, two of his biggest attributes. Does a good job when angling or stunting into the gap, getting skinny then getting back square, while steadily gaining ground upfield. Two-way playing tight end that give you more of a reference point on overall athletic ability. Can play either end position in a four-down front or play the 4-technique in an odd-front defense. Can move into the 3-technique position on pass rush downs all the while staying at end on first and second down. Combination of size, length, and natural talent provide a player able to do many different things on the defensive line. Continued physical development will ultimately determine long-term position fit. Should see the field early as a contributor. Potential multi-year impact starter with all-conference upside and the tools for an NFL future. – 247Sports National Recruiting Expert Chris Singletary

247Sports rank: 4-star | 96 rating | No. 23 Overall | No. 1 RB High school: El Campo (Texas) Measurables: 5-11 | 190 Player evaluation: Owns the requisite frame with an athletic build and room to add necessary mass. Looks and plays taller/longer than listing with open-field gait on the longer end of the spectrum that fosters speed-building ability at the top end. Production jumped from freshman to sophomore year with obvious big-play punch (10.79 ypc), then again in junior year with enormous production in counting stats and terrific per carry rate (12.05). Field speed is a plus and reflects in sophomore track times, including a 10.96 100 and multiple in the 11.1 range. Texas Class 4A state-level contender in the long jump with a 23-3 3/4 PR. Flashes impressive short-area suddenness with agility to make defenders miss in the hole. Does not require much gear-down when redirecting. Couples those traits with impressive burst and acceleration to reach top speed quickly. Shows good contact balance at the second level. Capable pass catcher with 7-on-7 reps as a receiver, though in-game opportunities catching the ball have been limited (20 receptions in sophomore and junior seasons). Third-down competency in blitz pickup and increased passing game reps can be developed. Vertical runner at times with a higher center of gravity. Looked like one of the best 2023 running backs nationally early on and reinforced that in exceptional junior campaign. Projects as a difference-making high-major back with long-term NFL Draft early-round potential. – 247Sports Midlands Region Recruiting Analyst Gabe Brooks Player comparison: T.J. Yeldon | RB | Buffalo Bills

247Sports rank: 4-star | 96 rating | No. 36 Overall | No. 5 EDGE High school: IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fla.) Measurables: 6-5 | 245 Player evaluation: Good frame to add weight and mass. As he matures and gains more strength in the weight room he will define his body composition and reach his physical peak. Already checking in at 6-foot-4 he could top out at 270 pounds in college without compromising his athleticism. Good 1st step and burst off the ball. Gains ground and causes the tackle to be immediately stressed by his penetration. Very good pad level which gives the defender little area to strike as he is rushing the passer or playing the run. Shows a good motor and want-to in chasing plays with nice lateral movement. Good agility and quickness, he is light on his feet and is a smooth effortless player. Rips off of blocks and does a good job in pursuit. With added strength and technique improvement he has all the tools you want in an elite defensive lineman. You are exposed to how good an overall athlete he is when you watch him play wide receiver. Wayne has a unique player that plays not only offense and defense. But a skill position as a receiver that saw him put up 18 catches 269 yards and 5 touchdowns. On the defensive end he had 44 tackles and 9 sacks. Once he is able to focus mainly on defense the sky's the limit for him. His recruitment has seen the likes of schools from all the power conferences chasing him to be a part of their program. Once he focuses solely on playing defense his ceiling is high. I see all the skills and trait for him to ultimately have a NFL career. – 247Sports National Recruiting Expert Chris Singletary NFL Draft projection: Second Round Player comparison: Rashan Gary | EDGE | Green Bay Packers

247Sports rank: 4-star | 95 rating | No. 38 Overall | No. 7 QB High school: Briarwood Christian (Birmingham, Ala.) Measurables: 6-4 | 207 Player evaluation: Possesses adequate size and frame for the position, verified at 6-foot-3 and 200-pounds plus. Has the frame to add additional weight to his body at the next level. Displays good athleticism in the pocket and above average mobility as a runner. Appears to have a loose compact throwing motion. Shows the ability to get the ball out from a variety of angles. Exhibits good foot quickness and the ability to reset his feet in the pocket. Has the tendency to play rushed at times in the pocket but flashes good play tempo and ability to extend plays with his feet. Possesses good arm strength and velocity. Ball pops off his hand. Excels throwing the deep ball with touch and accuracy. Needs to continue to add some polish in the short to intermediate part of his game, but flashes the accuracy to be a consistent passer at the next level. Above average passer that has the ability to develop into a good passer at the next level. Provides a threat with his legs, not only as a runner, but with his ability to extend plays outside the pocket and throw off platform. Projects to a multi-year Power Five starter at the next level. Will need two years to develop before seeing credible playing time. – 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Cooper Petagna NFL Draft projection: 2-3 Round (Day 2) Player comparison: Mitch Trubisky | QB | Pittsburgh Steelers

247Sports rank: 4-star | 95 rating | No. 50 Overall | No. 5 DL High school: Thompson (Alabaster, Ala.) Measurables: 6-3 | 270 Player evaluation: Possesses adequate size at 6-foot-3 and 259-pounds. Tweener frame, position projection will be dictated by growth potential. Displays good athletic ability across multiple positions on the defensive line. Shows the ability to play in a two-point stance in an edge role and with his hand on the ground in multiple defensive fronts. Quick twitch explosive athlete with an excellent first step off the line of scrimmage. Displays a natural ability to bend the edge and shows the ability to go speed to power. Exhibits good play strength at point of attack and shows the ability anchor as a run defender. Possesses excellent run and chase ability with the ability to close space quickly. Explosive player that can be used in multiple defensive alignments and has some situational pass rushing ability off the edge. More than likely projects to playing with his hand in the ground at the next level. Possesses an excellent motor with the combination of good physical traits. Will need a year to develop at the next level, but has the ability to develop into a high impact starter at the collegiate level. – 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Cooper Petagna

247Sports rank: 4-star | 95 rating | No. 60 Overall | No. 8 OT High school: Clearwater Academy International (Clearwater, Fla.) Measurables: 6-7 | 300 Player evaluation: What you look for in a young left tackle prospect given size, reach and ability to bend. Grew up in Sweden playing handball and a variety of other sports before his hulking frame led him to the game of American football. Spent his junior season at Clearwater Academy International getting a crash course in both pass blocking and run blocking. Got better each week, but still far from a complete product. Can simply overwhelm defenders with his 82-inch wingspan and take them right out of the play. Longer legs, on the other hand, allow him to eat up a ton of space as he moves left or right, depending on the blocking scheme. Understands how to establish a firm base and set up for hand-to-hand combat, but must get better at engaging pass rushers on his own time frame instead of simply catching. Will also probably need to eventually figure out how to play with a lower pad level as that will help him getting a little more nasty at the point of attack. By far one of the more unique offensive line prospects in the class of 2023 given measurements (believed to be hovering right around 6-foot-7, 300 pounds) and upbringing. Should be viewed as a potential multi-year starter for a Top 25 program. However, will need some time to incubate at the school choice and probably shouldn’t be rushed into action as that could kill confidence and hamper development. Sheer mass could have NFL circles buzzing one day. – 247Sports Southeast Recruiting Analyst Andrew Ivins NFL Draft projection: 4-7 Round (Day 3) Player comparison: Bernhard Raimann | OT | Indianapolis Colts

247Sports rank: 4-star | 94 rating | No. 66 Overall | No. 11 WR High school: St. John Bosco (Bellflower, Calif.) Measurables: 6-0 | 185 Player evaluation: Moore is a two-way player and a legitimate top 100 prospect nationally at receiver and safety. He has a solid frame, well muscled but isn’t stiff and is fluid in how he moves. At receiver, he has very good body control, strong hands and is excellent in jump ball situations. As a safety, he’s a smart, high IQ player with a lot of range. He’s a physical kid who is always around the ball. He’s a willing hitter and solid in coverage as well. He has good ball skills and ball awareness on both sides of the ball and although he prefers receiver, he might have more long term upside in the secondary. He runs well but can continue to improve athletically in both his short area quickness and long speed but has all the tools to be an impact player at the next level and has NFL upside as well. – 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Greg Biggins NFL Draft projection: 2-3 Round (Day 2)

247Sports rank: 4-star | 94 rating | No. 75 Overall | No. 12 OT High school: Eagle’s Landing Christian (McDonough, Ga.) Measurables: 6-5.5 | 365 Player evaluation: Size unverified but is legitimately massive with college-ready height and mass. Big frame fosters large reach. Packs a powerful punch with overwhelming strength vs. high school competition. Simply swallows up many opponents and flashes knockdown power at the point of attack and on the move, whether as a puller or climbing to the second level. Displays impressive movement ability relative to size and bulk. Capable pass protector whose ceiling in that department should be quite high. Kick slides naturally and shows encouraging heavy-handedness when setting. Bends better than expected and plays with good leverage relative to higher center of gravity. Will face significant jump in competition coming from Georgia Class A Private level and could need to acclimate to facing opposition of similar size and talent. A bit heavy-footed at times given mass. Early returns on pass-pro ability are promising, but will need to hone technique. Will need to maintain conditioning and watch weight. Will likely provide roster value as a tackle/guard combo player. Among the top O-line prospects in the 2023 recruiting cycle with potential to become an impact multi-year starter at the high-major level. Very high-floor prospect with the physical traits that could lead to a ceiling in the top half of the NFL Draft. – 247Sports Midlands Region Recruiting Analyst Gabe Brooks

247Sports rank: 4-star | 94 rating | No. 85 Overall | No. 4 TE High school: IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fla.) Measurables: 6-6 | 230 Player evaluation: Owns the requisite size and frame of a versatile tight end with frame potential to play attached and functional athleticism to flex out. Owns ample frame space to add mass if desired. Dynamic playmaker with big-play punch, especially in run-after-catch scenarios. Shows deceptively good field speed relative to size. Displays short-area suddenness and nuance to evade initial tackler. Size, catch radius, and athleticism foster dangerous contested-throw and red-zone weapon. Overwhelms smaller defenders to high point and win balls. Owns valuable two-way experience with snaps off the edge to add context to overall abilities. Also a basketball standout. Not only shows impressive sport-specific skill, but flashes above-the-rim finishing ability with one-foot jump athleticism to punch it in the open floor. Transfers those abilities to the gridiron on a regular basis. Deceptive field speed creates chunk plays, but can still get faster at the top end. Extensive experience flexed out and as a true outside receiver, so may need some seasoning to acclimate to POA combat in in-line situations. Good two-sport athletic profile, but lacks verified athleticism in regards to combine testing or track and field. Entering senior season, looks like one of the top tight end prospects in the country's 2023 recruiting class. Projects to the high-major level with the physical tools and projectable profile that suggest NFL Draft candidacy in the long run. – 247Sports Midlands Region Recruiting Analyst Gabe Brooks

247Sports rank: 4-star | 94 rating | No. 86 Overall | No. 6 ATH High school: Miami Palmetto (Miami, Fla.) Measurables: 5-10 | 185 Player evaluation: A Swiss Army Knife of sorts that can impact the game in multiple ways. Blessed with the speed that everyone looks for down in South Florida. Under 6-foot, but should in no way be considered tiny. Featured primarily as a wide receiver his junior season. Uses quick feet to create separation at the line of scrimmage and then get vertical in a hurry. Competitive at the catch point and does an excellent job of tracking the ball once it’s in the air. Evasive in the open field and can turn what should be a five-yard gain into a chunk play as he will juke and race his way past defenders. More than comfortable taking a handoff out of the backfield – at least on Friday nights – and picks up positive yardage more times than not when his number is called on jet sweeps. Also an effective return man and has scored multiple times on special teams throughout his career. Will need to adjust to the everyday demands of Power 5 football and keep progressing, but has what it takes to emerge as an offensive weapon at the school of his choice. Likely to settle in as a slot receiver, but could carve out a role as a change-of-pace running back or even get a look somewhere in the secondary. – 247Sports Southeast Recruiting Analyst Andrew Ivins NFL Draft projection: 2-3 Round (Day 2) Player comparison: Ainias Smith | WR | Texas A&M Aggies

247Sports rank: 4-star | 93 rating | No. 95 Overall | No. 4 IOL High school: South Paulding (Douglasville, Ga.) Measurables: 6-4 | 305 Player evaluation: The 6-foot-4, 297-pound lineman with a 78-inch wingspan has a frame and build where he can trim and lean out while in turn adding mass in his upper body. He has solid definition in his lower body that will continue to get stronger as he grows and matures. Sanker has good body control and shows good agility in his movements. The flexibility that he possesses is decent and will improve over time with work and development. The power and physicalness that he plays with stands out when he makes contact with his opponent. Does a good job of clearing through traffic to get to the 2nd level to engage linebackers in the run game. Once he latches on the defender he has strong hands and upper body strength to sustain the block. In the pass game his technique is above average where he shows patience with his hands and timing of his punch. Adequate in his capacity to redirect once the defender changes directions and his to adjust on the move to pick him up. In terms of the bull-rush he is able to anchor down and strong enough to stalemate the pressure of his opponent. Sanker brings a mauler, aggressive mentality to the field in his play. As a guy who plays both tackle and guard his future projects more to the interior, where he will be able to refine his game. The talent is there to play both guard spots at a high level where he should be a multi-year starter at the Power-5 level. – 247Sports National Recruiting Expert Chris Singletary Projection: Power-5 Starter

247Sports rank: 4-star | 93 rating | No. 110 Overall | No. 15 WR High school: Edison (Miami, Fla.) Measurables: 5-8 | 170 Player evaluation: A playmaking slot receiver with an elite burst that doubles as a dangerous return man. Can attack the flats and turn short little drive routes into long gains. Ability to quickly start/stop makes it difficult for defenders to corral him. Makes up for his smaller catch radius with his overall feel for the position as he understands how to beat zone coverage and work for his quarterback. Tracks the ball well over his shoulder and owns rather reliable hands. Not much context available when it comes to top-end speed, but was able to break 4.2 in the short shuttle the spring before his junior season and has outran plenty of talented defenses under the lights down in South Florida. Has experience lining up in the backfield and could be utilized on jet sweeps or quick swing passes following pre-snap motion. Will need to develop some core strength once he reaches the next level as it won’t be as easy to slip away from college-sized linebackers and safeties. Should, however, emerge as a multi-year contributor for a Power 5 program given how he changes directions and releases from the inside. Likely to compete for a spot right away on both punt and kick return. – 247Sports Southeast Recruiting Analyst Andrew Ivins NFL Draft projection: 4-7 Round (Day 3) Player comparison: Ray-Ray McCloud | WR | Pittsburgh Steelers

247Sports rank: 4-star | 93 rating | No. 111 Overall | No. 6 IOL High school: Permian (Odessa, Texas) Measurables: 6-4 | 300 Player evaluation: Requisite height with above-average length relative to interior O-line projection. Broad, burly build with virtually college-ready size, but wears mass well and can fit more bulk as needed. Offers extremely valuable roster versatility given experience at center and guard. Tone setter in the run game thanks to size, strength, and field demeanor. Run-game mauler who often overwhelms defenders at the point of attack. Fires off consistently and almost always initiates contact. Gets defenders on their heels and shows finishing strength and conviction. Generates functional strength and close-quarters power that compensate when engagement angle or other technical aspect is compromised. Flashes punch but can be more consistent in that area. Has shown encouraging lateral agility in pass pro, but relatively limited exposure to traditional passing game situations could create a learning curve. Consistency in hand placement can improve, as can body control when engaged. Again, provides almost priceless roster value considering high-quality play across at least three positions, including the ability to snap. Physical presence with good tools and a profile that projects to the high-major level and the potential for NFL Draft candidacy. – 247Sports Midlands Region Recruiting Analyst Gabe Brooks

247Sports rank: 4-star | 93 rating | No. 115 Overall | No. 13 DL High school: Highland Home (Ala.) Measurables: 6-5 | 240 Player evaluation: Verified at 6-foot-5 and 240-pounds plus, appears to possess the growth potential to add additional weight and bulk to his frame. Two-way prospect, displays good athleticism on both sides of the ball. Also plays basketball for Highland Home High School. Positioned the majority of his snaps splitting time between playing in a two or three point stance depending on the defensive front. Appears to have a good first step off the line of scrimmage, flashing excellent body and foot quickness at the point of attack. Shows the ability to win consistently with his athleticism and length in pass rushing situations. Can bend the edge and has the ability to play in space. Uses his length well in space and to affect passing lanes. Demonstrates good burst to close ability and backside pursuit. Will need to continue to develop into his body at the next level to become a consistent defender in the run game. Possesses adequate play strength and ability to anchor the run. Projects to a stand-up edge pass rushing role at the next level with the ability to play with his hand in the ground situationally. Maintains a high athletic ceiling, has continued to improve his play speed and reactionary ability as he’s developed throughout his high school career. Arrow is pointing up, projects a high level multi-year starter at a Power Five program at the next level. – 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Cooper Petagna NFL Draft projection: 2-3 Round (Day 2)

247Sports rank: 4-star | 92 rating | No. 145 Overall | No. 21 DL High school: New Bern (N.C.) Measurables: 6-3 | 285 Player evaluation: Has frame to play on the interior. Can play close to 300 pounds. Competed in discuss and shot put as freshman but spring sophomore football season kept him from doing it in 2021. Played basketball as well. Disruptive player at point of attack. Productive on interior of defensive line with 60+ tackles, seven sacks as junior. Shows burst and ability to stay low at snap. Is athletic and possesses movement fluidity throughout frame. Covers ground quickly with first two steps. Very good body control with ability to twist torso and become smaller to get through cracks. Is physical and tough. Can disengage and re-direct along line of scrimmage. Very good change of direction. Plays heavy-handed and balanced. Is able to anchor at point of attack but needs to improve consistency is doing so. Comfortable playing in traffic and willing to work through double teams. Effort and speed to track down plays on back side. Applies swim move and is quick with hands. Needs to be more consistent with overall technique and develop move sets. Sometimes pops up too quickly when engage, which hurts leverage. Continuing to develop strength and flexibility throughout frame needed to compete in college. Multi-year starter at Top 20 level program. Has mid round NFL draft pick potential. – 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Brian Dohn NFL Draft projection: 4-7 Round (Day 3)

247Sports rank: 4-star | 92 rating | No. 155 Overall | No. 7 IOL High school: Orange Park (Fla.) Measurables: 6-4 | 300 Player evaluation: A mauler up front that's able to create plenty of push with his glutes. Looks the part at 6-foot-4, 300 pounds. Has spent past the few years working in a run-heavy spread attack that asks its tackles to pull and get outside the hashes – a lot. Is quick to find and take advantage of leverage. Will latch onto a defender and pump his legs as he steers them out of the way. Not one to give up on a block and is going to do whatever he can to put a pass rusher’s face mask in the dirt. Showed on tape as a junior that he can get to the second level better than most his age. Has’t been asked to pass protect much, but has a serviceable kick step and wins more times than not on Friday nights by getting his big 10-inch hands where they need to be. A bit tight in the hips, but testing data suggests he moves well laterally. Still far from a complete product and will need time to get adjusted to the play speed at college football’s highest levels, but has the build to morph into a multi-year starter for a Top 25 program with some seasoning and proper coaching. Could possibly get the job done at right tackle in the right scheme, but most likely going to find the most success at one of the guard spots or even possibly at center. A potential NFL Draft pick one day if he keeps progressing. – 247Sports Southeast Recruiting Analyst Andrew Ivins NFL Draft projection: 4-7 Round (Day 3)

247Sports rank: 4-star | 92 rating | No. 159 Overall | No. 19 EDGE High school: Southern (Durham, N.C.) Measurables: 6-3 | 215 Player evaluation: Verified size with length. Has frame and skill set for edge rusher. Will be able to play at 230 pounds. Incredibly productive player with 28 sacks, 129 tackles as junior. Plays both sides of ball in various roles at Southern. High-level athlete with excellent burst at snap. Twitchy prospect gets off quickly and stay lows while eating up space in first few steps. Plays standing up and with hand on ground. Has motor and works to fight through double teams. Changes direction well and chases down plays on back side. Timing and anticipation of snap are excellent. Shows closing speed and body control. Uses a swim move at times, especially when feigning outside and moving inside. Has to continue to develop in the weight room. Relies heavily on physical talent but must refine technique. At times loops to the backfield rather than dipping shoulder and exploding toward ball carrier. Has to show he can be consistent in stacking and shedding when ball is run at him. Has athleticism to drop into coverage but needs to work on technique of it. Multi-year starter at Top 20 Power 5 program. Size could keep from being high NFL draft pick but has NFL draft potential. – 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Brian Dohn Projection: Power-5 Starter

247Sports rank: 4-star | 92 rating | No. 176 Overall | No. 21 EDGE High school: St. John’s (Washington, D.C.) Measurables: 6-3 | 235 Player evaluation: Size and length fit mold of developing edge position in college. Has frame to easily add 20 pounds or can stay closer to current weight based on need in college system. Showed big development from spring sophomore season to junior fall season. Saw play in November 2021 and athleticism and burst at snap jumps out. High ceiling player because of frame and athleticism. Plays with hand on ground and as standing edge. Displays short area quickness. Is heavy handed, able to anchor and has stack-and-shed ability. Has upper body strength with ability to add to it. Is balanced even when absorbing double team. Works hard to get off blocks. Relies heavily on speed and determination. Does not shy away from physical play. Is assignment conscious. Developing technique and move sets important for on-field growth. Has to continue to work on lower body flexibility to stay low at snap and to increase burst on change of direction. Will also help with cornering when getting around edge or on stunts. Playing a tad lower in run game will make him more effective when anchoring. At times needs to be more direct in getting up field. Multi-year starter at high-level program. Mid-round NFL draft potential. – 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Brian Dohn NFL Draft projection: 4-7 Round (Day 3)

247Sports rank: 4-star | 92 rating | No. 185 Overall | No. 16 ATH High school: Eau Gallie (Melbourne, Fla.) Measurables: 5-11 | 171 Player evaluation: An explosive multi-sport athlete that has just started to make the transition from wide receiver to defensive back. Not much meat on the bones, but makes up for it with his fast-twitch muscle fibers and insane ups. Tested off the charts spring before senior season posting the fastest 40-yard dash at an invite-only camp loaded with talented skill players. Also had the best vertical jump out of anyone that day. Aggressive in coverage and not one to shy away from a challenge. Ability to go up in the air and make a play at the catch point separates him from most other defenders his size. Rather fluid in his backpedal and has shown that he can mirror with his hips while gaining some depth. Appears to be pretty comfortable in off-man situations, which makes sense given his burst and ability to close gaps. However, will need to bulk up some if he’s going to jam larger wideouts at the line of scrimmage on Saturdays. Viewed by most college recruiters as a corner at the next level because of how easily he changes directions. Could also get a look as a single-high safety given his range, although he would need to embrace the role of mashing ball carriers in the open field. Skillset and athletic profile suggest that he should be viewed as one of the top cornerback prospects in the Sunshine State for the 2023 cycle. Will need some seasoning, but has NFL upside. – 247Sports Southeast Recruiting Analyst Andrew Ivins NFL Draft projection: 4-7 Round (Day 3) Player comparison: Roger McCreary | CB | Tennessee Titans

247Sports rank: 4-star | 92 rating | No. 189 Overall | No. 20 CB High school: St. John Bosco (Bellflower, Calif.) Measurables: 6-2 | 185

247Sports rank: 4-star | 92 rating | No. 191 Overall | No. 16 LB High school: Whitewater (Fayetteville, Ga.) Measurables: 6-2 | 220 Player evaluation: The 6-foot-2 220-pounds that he carries is well proportioned with no bad weight on his build. He can add some mass and get even stronger in the weight once he heads to college. Possesses some good traits and skills that translate to him being very productive. Very good instincts with the ability to read and react to make plays. He has some suddenness as well as plus closing speed. He has nice agility and footwork that enables him to sift through the traffic to make plays. Does a nice job in coverage; he is comfortable in space and is not a fish out of water. Can find the ball when he is in man coverage where he is able to make plays and cause deflections. A physical hitter when he meets the ball carrier. Plays with patience and does a nice job of keeping leverage on the ball to play within the defense. He can avoid blocks by either punching and shedding or using the slip technique to avoid them. Solid blitzer that is very good in pursuit. Whether he is playing off the ball or on the end of the line of scrimmage he is good in any setting. He also can be an asset on special teams once he gets to college. Three-down player that does not need to come off the field. A power-5 starter in future and a possible all-conference selection. – 247Sports National Recruiting Expert Chris Singletary Projection: Power-5 Starter

247Sports rank: 4-star | 92 rating | No. 194 Overall | No. 22 EDGE High school: Hickory (N.C.) Measurables: 6-3 | 233 Player evaluation: Has verified size with plus wing span. Frame can easily add mass and strength. Has dual-sport profile in football and basketball. Plays both sides of the ball as defensive lineman and tight end. Productive on both sides of the ball but bigger upside is on defense. Saw live during camp in spring 2021 and athleticism and length checked out while he played tight end. Has build of an edge but can add size and play with hand on ground. Athleticism shines when high-pointing ball in passing game. Possesses very good body control and is a sure tackler in space. Has burst at snap and gets up field quickly. Shows lower body flexibility to bend knee, dip shoulder and accelerate around edge. Is agile and can drop into coverage in flat. Can track down ball carrier behind line of scrimmage when unblocked off edge. Has closing speed. Plays with energy and effort. Understands assignments and is capable of setting edge. There is a physical element to game but needs to be more consistent. Has to continue to develop upper body strength. Stacks and sheds at times, but technique development is important. Has to work on ability to disengage and re-direct along line of scrimmage. Multi-year starter at Top 20 program. Has mid-round NFL draft pick potential. – 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Brian Dohn NFL Draft projection: 4-7 Round (Day 3)

247Sports rank: 4-star | 91 rating | No. 207 Overall | No. 31 DL High school: Woodward Academy (Atlanta, Ga.) Measurables: 6-4 | 240 Player evaluation: Possesses ideal size at 6-foot-5 and 245-pounds, possesses a thick lower half and growth potential to add additional weight to his frame. Displays above average athleticism at the five technique. Exhibits above average knee bend and hip flexibility in and out of his stance. Flashes a good first step off the line of scrimmage, but has a tendency to be a little late off the ball. Demonstrates good initial foot and body quickness off the line of scrimmage. Wins with speed and quickness in his pass-rush. Will need to continue to develop play strength and ability to play through his frame at the point of attack at the next level. Flashes a high motor and good back side pursuit ability. Appears to be adequate in the run game. Projects to a five-technique defensive linemen in a base 4-3 defense, already 245-pounds, has the ability to add significant weight to his frame at the next level. Possesses a speed and quickness pass-rush foundation but will need to develop more consistency in his ability to play the run and win with play strength to become a complete defender. Long developing defensive lineman that has the ability to develop into a high level multi-year starter at the Power Five level. – 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Cooper Petagna NFL Draft projection: 4-7 Round (Day 3)
