A boat fire Friday morning in Fair Haven had fire crews struggling to get to the craft.

The Citizen reports a boat on fire was reported adrift on Little Sodus Bay around 10:00a. The Fair Haven Fire Department had trouble finding a boat equipped with a pump to put out the blaze. Fair Haven was assisted by Red Creek Fire Department and the US Coast Guard.

The two people on the boat were uninjured.
